Thanks for this, Leslie! I’d love to hear more about some of those memories! No one in my family made rugelach, not even my mother or aunts, all of whom were great bakers. I could use an assembly line to make mine—and the latkes too! Yesterday I made more than 100 of these little cookies! Today I start on the latkes. Happy Hanukkah!🤗💕

Loved this. I make them all year round. I make the dough in my Kitchen Aid and it’s so easy. These are my kids favorite dessert. Thanks for sharing you wonderful insight.
