I've always wanted to try making one, but I always think they look too hard. Now I see why that's because they ARE so hard. Yours looks like a beauty!

Thanks, Rena! You really ought to give it a try. It really isn’t that hard—it’s just a lot of steps. Basically, you make a challah-like dough (but use butter and milk like a brioche), then roll up a filling in it. You can use Nutella or another readymade filling. Then slice, twist and bake! Easy-peasy! Happy Hanukkah!
